Processing Time

All of my products are made to order and are not stocked.

The design process and approval can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the client for review and approval. Quoted processing times begin based upon client design approval.

Most items take 7- 10 business days to create prior to shipping. Some items may take longer. While I do my best to meet my deadlines, these times are approximate and may fluctuate during holidays and busy seasons. If you need an item by a certain date, please be sure to contact me to make sure I can accommodate your schedule.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive within the USA after shipping.
Custom and personalized orders

Custom made orders are not returnable as they were made specifically for you at your request.

Custom made orders cannot be cancelled once I start making the order. I will only start after written approval of the design.

If you receive an order with incorrect custom text (e.g. spelling) due to my fault, I will replace the item at no cost to you. You must contact me within five days of receiving the item of the issue. If the custom text was incorrect due to you providing incorrect information, I will work with you to correct the item but you will have to pay for any shipping charges and may be charged for my time and material to correct the item. I copy & paste each name/other text directly from the "text" section of each order. That minimizes any transcribing errors.
Payment

I use PayPal or personal check as method of payment.

The product will be ship after the payment has cleared my account. Thus, PayPal is preferred as it is a faster method to transfer funds.

Care instructions

I apply an interior finish to the project unless requested to apply a finish that will withstand the elements. In that case I will apply an exterior lacquer at an additional charge.

If you purchased the exterior lacquer sealer for your sign then it'll be fine for the next year, but you will need to reapply the protector every year or so to keep your wood from getting exposed to the elements. I use a spray on lacquer that is available at most hardware stores.
Damages

I securely wrap and package each order and ship via USPS mail. While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of my control, but I will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether I replace, repair or refund your money.

Please contact me as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. I will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At my discretion, I will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.
Lost Packages

I insure every package I mail. In the event that your package is lost during shipping, I will contact USPS and have a trace placed on the package (usually takes USPS 2 weeks to investigate tracking). If after 30 days the package does not surface I will file an insurance claim with USPS and either remake the item or refund your purchase, at my discretion.

If USPS tracking shows your package was "delivered" , but you did not receive the package I suggest you contact your local post office ASAP, check with family members and /or neighbors that may have received the package. I am unable to file claims for tracking that shows packages marked "delivered."
Rush Orders

I do not accept RUSH orders.

I treat all of our orders fairly & get them all out within my turnaround time. As a result, I do not bump new orders in front of previous orders. My current turnaround time averages 7-10 business days.
